I work with clients that have a wide range of mental health challenges including, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, grief, & relational problems. I enjoy working with diverse population to address intersectional concepts that impact mental health. I take pleasure in working with young adults and adults. I believe people deserve to be happy, successful. I always strive to help find the strength and motivation to work towards that happiness and success.
I use a combination of therapeutic models to address mental health challenges and tailor it to each person. For the past 7 years of practicing, I have gained experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Care, Grief and Bereavement, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamics, and Client Centered Therapy.
I work from an empathetic place and help people develop self-compassion to be able to work towards better mental health. I strive to create a safe space to address difficult matters. One of the foundations of the work I do is create a strong alliance to facilitate change & progress.
