These experiences strengthened my passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. While I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, I am especially passionate about supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identities, and immigration and first-generation experiences.
Together, we will explore what you hope to achieve through counseling, and how I can best support you. Using an integration of different approaches, my session structures are flexible to meet your needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all answer to the counseling process and I aim to reflect that in my approach to your care.
