I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), and IFIO (IFS for couples and families), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Ultimately your needs drive my interventions. I am a Certified Anxiety therapist and a Trauma Specialist. I am licensed in New York and Virginia.

A group that meets either in person or virtually to share their struggles and concerns with 1-2 trained group therapists.
