I am a bilingual and bicultural trauma-informed therapist. I work with first-generation students and professionals, children of immigrant parents, immigrants, and those dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is deeply rooted in cultural responsiveness, ensuring that therapy is not simply a clinical process but a transformative space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to promote effective healing.

I employ a flexible approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness. I also practice specialized trauma treatments such as EMDR and Progressive Counting.
