I work with teens and adults from all backgrounds and identities. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space where you can show up as your full self. I help clients navigate a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, PTSD, and experiences of interpersonal violence. I also support individuals exploring gender identity and sexual orientation.
Our identities shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. Taking the time to explore and accept all ports of who you are can support your well-being and empower you to move through life with greater confidence and authenticity. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your unique experiences.
I believe we all hold the tools, skills and inner strength to live authentically and move towards our goals. Sometimes, we just need support in uncovering those strengths within ourselves. Together, in a safe, empathetic and empowering space, we can explore the tools you already have while building new ones.
