I know that what brings you here may feel overwhelming, but this is the first step. I believe therapy should be collaborative and inclusive. I bring a lot of energy and humor as well as compassion and understanding to my sessions.
I work to decolonize therapy to increase accessibility. I gravitate towards relational work because we as humans are innately relational. I believe that sometimes to support the individual, we need to zoom out and support the group.
