I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, helping them navigate a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and more. I help those with both ongoing mental health issues and those going through life events or circumstances that simply need support through hard times.

With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, process underlying feelings, and build greater self-awareness. My approach is holistic and client centered.
