I practice Relational Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. My work is focused on but not limited to working with the LGBT and, in particular, the Transgender/Gender Expansive community. I see myself as a partner with you in this work. I value a sense of humor. Curiosity and being courageous enough to go where you haven't before are essential.
I completed two post-graduate programs in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and the Psychoanalytic Training Program both at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I was a therapist at the NYU Child Study Center for four years where I practiced CBT. My experience includes anxiety, depression, ADHD and the LGBTQ community.

We are Beautiful! (virtual)
We are Beautiful is a virtually based supportive therapy group led by trans masculine clinician for trans or non-binary AFAB (assigned female at birth) folks. Examples of topics to be discussed (but not limited to) are stress of transitioning, gender-affirming surgeries, coming out again and again, names and pronouns, relationships with our bodies, self-esteem, relationships, etc. There will be 8 members max and current or previous individual therapy is strongly preferred.
