I provide depth therapy for men and LGBTQ+ folks who are navigating relationships and personal challenges. My specialty areas include: ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness, dating, grief, gay and bisexual identity, men's issues, overthinking, people-pleasing, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma. I am a graduate of Northwestern and Cambridge with degrees in Counseling Psychology and Communication. As an LPCC and LMFT, I combine individual and relational lenses to understand the entire picture of your relationships and inner world.

I strive to make therapy work for the practical and psychological nuances of your life. My approach integrates multiple evidence-based depth therapies, tailored to your individual needs and edges. At your pace, we explore corners, uncover roots, elicit insight, and take meaningful action. Together we bring you clarity and tools for lasting change.

I serve on the AAMFT Board of Directors (QTAN) and train clinicians at The Mindfulness Lab. My previous career was as a marketing and branding executive. Professional certifications include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, trauma therapy, grief counseling, ADHD management, addiction science, LGBTQ-affirmative, and mindfulness (MBSR, MBCT).
