I hold degrees from Northwestern, UC Berkeley, and Cambridge University. I am a dual LMFT/LPCC with 11 years of experience ,weaving together lenses from both individual and couples work. I see adults of all ages and have extensive experience with creatives, tech, and those in high-stress professions.

My style integrates multiple evidence-based depth therapies tailored to your individual needs and edges. I strive to understand you and the nuances of your world. We curiously explore, uncover roots, and elicit meaningful insight. At your pace, I help you take action and leave you with tools for lasting change.

I am a national trainer in anxiety management and wellbeing science. My certifications include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction science, LGBT-affirmative, and mindfulness (MBSR, MBCT). I come from a previous career as a marketing executive. I self-identify as gay and a type-1 diabetic.
