I hold graduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Northwestern and Cambridge University (UK). My specialties include: ADHD, anxiety, grief, gay and queer identity, marriage, dating, men's issues, self-esteem, sex, sleep, and trauma. I work with all ages and have extensive experience with creatives, tech professionals, and those in high-stress professions.

I am a national clinical trainer in anxiety management and wellbeing science. I come from a previous career as a marketing executive. I openly identify as gay and type-1 diabetic.
