That's my goal: to be with you, engaged and real—so you have the support needed to grow and flourish. I work with individuals or relationships/couples in a relational somatic approach. We begin creating a safe therapeutic space, uniquely tailored to you as a whole person. Growing deeper trust provides deeper explorations, to awaken underlying elements of your lived experience. This process addresses root issues to create meaningful change.
My approach stems from training in somatic, relational gestalt and depth therapy for individuals and marriage & family therapy. I specialize in complex trauma and childhood wounds, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety and open relationships. I also focus on—and especially enjoy—working with queer folk and other healers.
