Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental, and open space to talk about your concerns and start working on life's challenges? Facing day-to-day stress, family problems, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, domestic violence, or any other challenges? Well, I'm here to help! Hi! I’m Gabi, a Resident in Counseling at The Women's Center, providing both in-person and telehealth sessions in Virginia for kids, teens, adults, families, and couples.
I use person-centered, insight-oriented, strength-based, and trauma-informed practices with my clients. I consider all aspects of your identity and life circumstances to inform how they impact your mental health and wellness. I work with my clients to process experiences, teach coping skills, provide psychoeducation, and build strengths.
I strive to provide the mental health care and resources clients need to stay safe and healthy, connect, grow, and thrive. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support someone on their path to self-discovery and healing. I look forward to working alongside you as we take this journey together!
