I work from an empowering, neurodiversity-affirming lens, and I love helping my clients create a life that is most aligned with their personal values and authentic self.
My approach integrates body-based (somatic) therapies, parts work, and creative expression. I try to meet you where you're at and strike a balance between helping you feel safe "enough" and challenged "enough" to help you grow, however you define growth for yourself.
I also work with kids in person at my group practice called The Real Work in Beaverton.
Somatic/expressive therapy: This approach can help you move from "talking about" feelings to actually processing them.
ADHD coaching: I love helping you find ways to work with your ADHD, not against it!
Anxiety/OCD: I might be a good fit if you're seeking a holistic alternative to ERP or CBT. I typically use a lot of ACT for anxiety and OCD.
Navigating life as a person dealing with trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients in their journeys to knowing and loving all parts of themselves, as I take the same journey in life myself.
