I have advanced training in the treatment of trauma and PTSD as well as expertise in treating Borderline Personality Disorder, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and self-harm. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
A safe therapeutic relationship fosters a deep level of authenticity, trust, and vulnerability.
