I have worked with clients suffering from grief, relational issues, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and sexual abuse, addictions and disorders. I also have extensive experience working with cancer patients and their families throughout my clinical internship. My ability to guide others is informed by my training but rooted in my own experiences of suffering, loss, abuse, and of the utter relief of finding my own healing path.
I specialize in Trauma-Informed Narrative Therapy, which integrates understanding of the body's trauma response with in-depth engagement of your personal story. I also utilize Attachment-based, CBT, and Relational Psychodynamic Therapy. Most importantly, I bring my FULL presence to every session, employing active listening and authentic, compassionate care.
I am an expert guide through the insidious dynamics of narcissistic relational abuse and recovery.
