Always striving to be perfect, yet feeling like others are disappointed in you or nothing is done right. It is your time to focus on you! Whether you just experience anxiety, or you notice parts of you that strive for perfection and wanting to make other's happy, I am here for you. I help women in their 20s and 30s build self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim their sense of peace and authenticity, empowering them to break free from the cycles of stress and self-doubt.
I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pa. I utilize a variety of therapy modalities. During our time together we will look at how your anxious parts have been protecting you, practice boundaries, learn techniques to help your body feels a sense of calm, and work to heal from your past traumas.
