Integrating ACT, IFS, and somatic approaches, and drawing on clinical and lived experience, I support adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, women’s issues, and family transitions, including divorce and high-conflict dynamics.
As an MSW clinician with a background in psychology, criminal justice, trauma-informed advocacy, and mental health research, I bring clinical training and genuine humanity to my work.
