I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship I have with each client. In order to build and strengthen the relationship, I prioritize creating a trusting and fun environment where children feel safe and comfortable expressing all parts of themselves. I value meeting each child where they are at and what they bring to our space with one another.
I focus on getting to know children for who they are and encouraging their strengths while we further explore who they would like to become from a whole-person-centered approach. I incorporate many mindfulness techniques within my practice to build awareness of self and of others, and to connect the mind and the body.
