The feeling of being aimless, unsure, and confused about where to go next in life can be consuming if you don’t have someone to lean on in these hard times. You don’t have to be alone in this anymore. Together, we can find the parts of you that were lost or forgotten long ago. We can figure out what version of life feels more like you and less like the person you’ve fallen into being.

Some of the most difficult things to access when we're feeling empty inside is our sense of self-love, belonging, and inner peace. I use Parts Work, which I have found to be one of the easiest “therapy languages” for clients to learn and use. If you are looking for a place to discover these things and heal, my office is yours.

I have a few openings on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays in the morning or early afternoon. I love working with both men and women. I appreciate that you’ve taken the time to look into my work.
