My clients range in age from 14 to 70. I work with young people transitioning into adulthood, women with issues regarding childbearing (often have trauma histories) and trauma survivors as well as clients with mood disorders like depression and anxiety. I help people who feel "stuck" discover the choices they do have now, how their past coping skills were useful and can be updated and find meaning and purpose in their lives.
