At times our life paths can become difficult and we become lost or may lose sight of our goals and values. Our therapeutic work will focus on rediscovering or recreating that path, with me as your guide. Treatment goals are individualized but it is my hope that our time together will provide you the opportunity for growth & healing and building emotional awareness & tolerance.
