As an Atlanta native, I have a vast set of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and issues. I’ve provided substance abuse counseling to federal inmates, trauma and PTSD therapy to combat veterans, and a variety of therapies for individuals, families, and couples. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral, Experiential, Motivational interviewing, and Solution Focused therapy modalities. She was inspired to go into the mental health field after witnessing her niece suffer from childhood trauma and ADHD. She always wanted to figure out how she could help her and others. She wants to provide a safe space for clients to talk, decompress, and heal. Growing up in an African American household, mental health was put at the bottom of the list for her, and she wants to change the stigma by making sure people of color prioritize their mental health.

I am an experienced, effective professional treating a broad range of conditions including substance abuse. Grounded in the belief that people inherently possess the knowledge and ability needed, they may need help to break through the emotional defenses that obscure their perspective. I see men, women, and teenaged males. I also have substantial experience with twenty-something's. I create a safe, comfortable, & non-judgmental environment for exploration, insight, and change!
