Since obtaining my master's degree in 2013, and working in community mental health, I have gained a great deal of experience in working with individuals that suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, low self-esteem, and personal growth. I have worked with all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.

I believe in helping others change self defeating thoughts and destructive behavioral patterns, in order to aid them in living a life in which they can find happiness. I am a military veteran familiar with military culture and the common struggles that come with a military commitment. I am also a Certified Meditation Teacher & Coach. Justin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been actively working in the Valdosta community for over five years. I have been clinically licensed as a LMFT since 2006 and am an active member (clinical fellow) of AAMFT/GAMFT. My clinical path has allowed me to gain significant knowledge and experience in the field of mental health & counseling, clinical consultation, and speaking. I provide ongoing counseling in the areas of individual (children, adolescents, and adults), family, marital/couple/pre-marital, and group therapy. In addition, I am EMDR Trained and obtained my certification as a Certified First Responder Counselor.

Susan has a history of working with child/teenage sexual abuse victims and forensic interviewing of abused children. Susan has experience counseling with children and teens with emotional problems. She teaches parenting skills and has completed a certification course in co-parenting.
