I'm passionate about working collaboratively with all of my clients, especially: clients of all ages with autoimmune, other chronic or potential life-limiting illness; teens/college students and parents with concerns related to academic and/or behavioral issues and in strengthening relationships; clients with mood, anxiety and addiction issues; clients with grief and loss issues and clients contemplating separation and/or divorce. I can objectively mediate a separation or divorce to each parties satisfaction.

At times everyone struggles and feels overwhelmed by challenging events (past or present), confusing feelings, and painful thoughts. It is helpful to have a confidential, objective, and experienced guide to sort through all this. I understand your cares and struggles. Those things that you feel as if you lost in childhood, teen years and even now can be replaced. Hello, and thank you for exploring my work! I have built my practice on the principle of safe connection. My belief is that when you feel safe to be your truest self, you are able to talk about and unlock the wounds needing to heal. When you feel understood, you are able to access the compassion and healing needed to resolve the issues tripping us up in everyday life. My work is to create a safe healing space so clients and loved ones find the healthy relief they have been seeking.

I have over 10 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents. In the past 5 years, I have expanded to working with adults and supervising up-and-coming therapists helping them build their practice and presence as counselors. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and personal growth. My background is in humanistic, existential, and transpersonal therapy.

I have 30+ years of clinical experience working with adults who are experiencing relationship problems, have difficulty controlling anger, suffer from depression, and those who experience anxiety including PTSD. I also work with couples who want to enrich their relationship, or are caught in a cycle of negativity as well as those dealing with infidelity. Having been a corporate psychologist for 13 years I am also well qualified to coach managers and executives as well as their families.
