The people I work with are often thoughtful, self-aware, and exhausted. They’re the cycle breakers and deep feelers who have spent years trying to understand themselves, yet still find themselves stuck in the same relationship dynamics, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Therapy is a space to stop blaming yourself, get curious about what’s underneath those patterns, and build a life that feels more connected, intentional, and sustainable.

I proudly serve clients ages 12 to 99—because healing doesn’t have an age limit (and yes, 100-year-olds can totally call me too). I specialize in working through deep-rooted trauma, women’s issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and the everyday chaos that comes with just being a human. Whether you’re navigating teen stress, midlife meltdowns, or just trying to keep it together without screaming into the void—I’ve got you. My therapy room is a judgment-free zone where we laugh, cry, heal, and maybe even scream (therapeutically, of course). If life has been life-ing a little too hard lately, I’m here to help you find your footing.

My therapy practice focuses on the balance and confluence of different aspects of identity and external environment. Through integrations of cognitive behavioral models, DBT, and narrative therapies, we work together to achieve this balance. Some of my most deeply held value systems center around social justice and equity, and I bring this into each session with my clients. I also focus on creating a person-centered and holistic therapy space in which clients may pursue their own reflection and introspection.

I work with teens and young adults who look like they’re holding it together but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted underneath. Anxiety may show up at school, work, in relationships, in public, or when you finally slow down and can’t shut your mind off. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, or feeling stuck in roles they’ve outgrown. I'll help you understand what’s driving these patterns, especially around attachment, family expectations, identity, and life transitions, and turn insight into real change so you’re not just coping, but building a life.

I use a trauma-informed, sex positive approach focused on building self trust, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
My ideal client is someone who feels tired of performing, people pleasing, or trying to be “good enough.” You may have grown up in a religious or high control environment and are now questioning what you were taught about your body, sexuality, or worth. You want deeper understanding, safety in your body, and real, lasting change. For the burnt-out leader. For the sexless couple. For the survivor of sexual abuse. For the one carrying a high libido and sexual shame. For the queer individual finding their way. For the late bloomer. For the believer, deconstructing.

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in patterns that no longer serve you, or trying to make sense of who you are beneath the expectations placed on you. Many of my clients feel capable on the outside yet unsettled internally. Therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and move toward a more grounded and authentic way of living.

So, this life thing is super hard sometimes. And since 2020, life has been even harder for all of us. For those of us who have a trauma history, it's sometimes felt like more than we can bear. Relationships have changed or ended, many of us have come to a deeper understanding about ourselves and communities. Some of this new understanding has been challenging our coping skills we developed in the “before times”, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, grieving and anxious. My personal philosophy is this: we recover best in community, finding our people with whom we can develop mutually supportive environments.
