Prolonged Exposure Therapy in Marietta, GA
Therapy should be more than just talking in circles. If anxiety or trauma has left you feeling exhausted, stuck, or like nothing is really changing, I offer a different path. I provide structured, results-driven care for adults using EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and measurement-based tools so you see clear progress instead of wondering if it’s working. My ideal clients are ready for an intensive process like first responders, law enforcement families, veterans, and individuals who are tired and have tried everything. The counseling I provide is NOT for generalized life stress; I work specifically with severe anxiety and trauma.

I believe, healing is an intentional, compassionate process of reconnecting with the power you already carry within yourself, your relationships, and within the larger systems you move through. It’s about building awareness and making choices that support the life you want to live.
I aim to offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can show up fully as yourself and explore all of these layers with curiosity, honesty, and care. My work is especially rooted in supporting BIPOC and Queer-identified folks, holding space through a culturally responsive and affirming lens that recognizes the impact of identity, history, and systems.
