Italian Therapists in Marietta, GA
You’re doing so much. People around you might see you as capable and put together. And still, there’s that familiar mix of self doubt, “I should be further along by now,” and the low key exhaustion of trying to keep it all going without losing yourself.
Whether you’re in college, starting a new job, quietly asking yourself “what’s next,” or stuck in mental health struggles that leave you scared and drained, therapy can be a place that is just for you. In both individual and group sessions, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and help you step into living confidently.

I work with individuals and couples who grew up without the emotional support they needed and now, as adults, often feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected. Many carry the impact of early trauma that still affects their health and relationships. They come to therapy seeking growth, healing, and deeper connection. In our work together, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore these struggles, build understanding, and practice tools that strengthen resilience and restore relationships. My perspective as a therapist is shaped by research, professional training, and my lived experiences.

You look like you’re functioning, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.
Maybe you’re a teen or college student trying to adjust to new pressures, or an adult carrying anxiety, depression, or the impact of past relationships or trauma.
Your mind won’t shut off, emotions feel unpredictable, and you may wonder why things that seem “normal” for others feel so hard for you.
What you want is relief — to feel calmer, understood, and able to be yourself without constantly bracing or pretending you’re okay.

In my office I offer clients a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where issues can be successfully addressed and resolved. But it is only with the client's effort and desire to change that psychotherapy is most successuful. Through the years, I have found that a direct approach in therapy is most valuable as it allows us both to target those beliefs and behaviors which may require change.

My path to becoming a mental health provider grew from a deep curiosity about how people heal and connect. Over time, I was drawn to trauma-informed, integrative approaches that include art, somatics, and movement, tools that honor the whole person. I’ve always been passionate about holding space for people’s stories and witnessing their resilience unfold.
My life experiences and training have left me with particular interest in working alongside individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and supporting people who are working on personal growth and self esteem.

Experience tells me that most people who seek counseling feel unable to make changes in their life that could bring them greater happiness. I consider it my responsibility and a privilege to facilitate your journey of self-empowerment to make these desired changes. Together we will explore how current patterns of feeling, thinking and acting could be altered by increasing mindfulness and self-compassion. While most of our focus is on the present and future, I also seek to honor your past by exploring how unresolved feelings may be hindering your growth and ability to meet personal goals.

My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, cultural identity stress, family conflict, or relationship challenges. They may feel torn between cultures, family expectations, or personal growth, often carrying intergenerational patterns that impact communication, boundaries, and emotional connection. They want clarity, healing, and healthier relationships, both with themselves and others, and are seeking a therapist who understands multicultural experiences and family systems.

Sometimes we just need a safe place where we can be ourselves and work on our own healing-whatever it may be. Beginning therapy can be scary for some people and I believe in meeting people where they are to build a safe space where they can work on life issues.
