My passion is to help individuals who are dealing with obstacles in their lives or mental health challenges gain insight into thoughts and behaviors that keep us stuck, develop positive coping skills, and learn how to live positive, fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is based on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to teach my clients to identify and learn how thoughts, feelings, and beliefs influence our behaviors. When working with anxiety disorders, I use a combination of CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness meditation/relaxation practices to teach my clients how to manage anxiety.
