My practice focuses on mood regulation, anxiety, and trauma symptom management. I lean heavily towards the somatic lens and encourage my clients to invite their bodies into the therapeutic conversation. My training in integrative medicine for mental health includes the importance of the gut-mind connection in mental well-being.
