I am a licensed clinical social worker with 23 years of experience in the field, 15 of which have been in counseling. I assist clients with issues surrounding self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I also assist clients struggling with relationship issues and divorce. I have extensive experience in grief counseling and supporting clients as they process loss. My name is Carol Brown. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I worked in public mental health with adults and families; and Hephzibah Behavioral Health with high risk children and adolescents for several years dealing with many issues, including addiction and anger manage- ment. I work with all ages incorporating mental, physical and spiritual factors. Therapy with children and teens typically involves better communication with parents and parenting help.
