This holistic group centers on individuals who are in a transition due to a life change event or wanting to make personal and/or professional changes. We will focus on the things one can change and accepting responsibility for one's decisions and actions. The groups will be 60-minute bi-monthly sessions. There will be a maximum of 7-8 participants.

This group takes a business approach to family, parenting, career, marriage, finances, and life. Each session will focus on one aspect of life. It will include goal-setting, life strategies, money management, health and wellness. It will identify external factors impacting rate of success.
