I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and Florida with 13 years of clinical experience, currently working with clients statewide via telehealth. I believe in treating everyone with genuine care, absolute respect, acceptance, and compassion. Taking the first step in seeking healing and a more fulfilling, happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Life throws us curveballs, sometimes creeping up gradually, other times hitting us out of the blue. But through it all, having someone who listens and cares makes all the difference. My aim? My ideal client wants to get better but is often feeling stuck, relying on old tools that are for the most part ineffective. My duty as your therapist is to help you develop better skills, change dysfunctional behavioral patterns, and adopt a new way of looking at life. Hello and welcome! I'm Sierra. I'm a queer, anti-racist Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Atlanta, Georgia. I started my career as a therapist at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and if there is one thing I learned from that time it's that, more often than not, it's not you- it's the system. Since then I have been helping fellow women and members of the LGBTQ+ community rebuild self-esteem, manage anxiety, and heal unresolved trauma. I also help families of LGBTQ+ youth gain understanding about their child's experience and empower them to provide the best support they can.

Whether you’re going through a tough time or thriving in your career, you don’t have to face it alone. In your sessions I listen and provide support in a safe space where your feelings matter. Yewande (Tomi) Adewole is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Tomi is passionate about assisting clients learn new skills while facilitating a safe environment. She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, effective communication, relational conflict and major life transitions. Tomi completed her Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University-Atlanta. She is Nigerian-born and has ample experience navigating cultural adjustment and it's stressors.

As a dedicated counselor, I am able to offer a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions to help assist you on your journey to finding true happiness and peace. April Noriega is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. April has a long history of working with a diverse population of clients and disorders. As a military spouse, a mom of three, and a survivor of past trauma, April brings a wide array of skill sets and real-world experiences. Her hope is through therapy, you will see improvements and gain the tools you need to benefit your journey to a healthier you. April has worked with clients of all ages and has worked in private practice, in-home settings, in clinics, and via telehealth.

Melinda’s person-centered approach to trauma recovery honors the strength and resilience of survivors. She views her clients as experts of their experiences and believes in the body’s natural capacity to heal from trauma & stress-related conditions. She uses approaches including EMDR and clinical hypnosis to ensure her clients remain present and grounded throughout the therapeutic session. Traumatic memory is painlessly reprocessed and stored in the “done file.” Negative thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are eliminated since they are no longer necessary for survival.
