Hillside's Intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program offers two treatment options: Intensive In-Home Therapy (IIH) for ages 5-25 and Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) for teens, ages 13-17. We work with young people who need more therapeutic support than typical once-a-week therapy. Our intensive treatment programs are designed to engage clients who are struggling to manage their daily responsibilities and/or interpersonal relationships with family members or peers due to their mental health. Our therapists are experienced in working with clients who struggle with self-harming or suicidal ideations/gestures.
