I help people eliminate phobias, pain, and anxiety. My interest in the power of the subconscious mind began as a 16-year-old troubled kid. I ran away from home and almost dropped out of school but fortunately I came across a book on how to tap into the power of the subconscious mind. It changed my life, and it can change yours too. I managed to finish high school (barely) and continued to college.

I provide psychological testing and evaluation services to truck drivers and safety sensitive employees that need to complete a SAP Evaluation. Whether the violation was for drug abuse or alcohol use I will be able to help you complete the return to duty process. I offer flexible hours and offer virtual telehealth appointments. You will be able to complete your evaluation from home or work from your phone or laptop. If you are willing to commit to meeting your requirements for the SAP Program, I am confident that I can help you so you can get back to work and provide for yourself and your family.

I believe therapy helps us understand the power of the mind. This is especially useful when we feel disconnected, marginalized, or stigmatized. When we feel this way, learning how the mind channels this information through thoughts, feelings, emotions, and perceptions, can influence us to recognize our own cognitive processes and how they impact our life. If we attend to our cognitive processes in a healthy way, it may lead to regulation of mood, clarity, balance and feelings of peace. We start to evolve and accept certain things about ourselves. We begin to feel at peace from within. I help my clients through this process.

As a husband, father and entrepreneur, I have life experience in navigating these challenges. I have developed the empathy, compassion, tools and knowledge to help you overcome.

Learning to ask for help, manage your physical pain and fatigue, and socialize again despite chronic illness obstacles is what I help clients achieve. We work together from a mind-body perspective to identify and release patterns of tension, stress, and past trauma. The goal is to help you develop a greater sense of ease, comfort, and wellbeing in your mind AND body.

I am passionate about helping young individuals reach their full potential! It is an honor to support children, teens, and young adults in living a life with hope and happiness. I strive to create a safe space that is understanding, creative, and fun so individuals are empowered to grow through self-reflection, explore and build upon their strengths, and be their authentic self. I specialize in supporting mental health needs connected to autism, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, anger/aggression, adjustment and grief. I work from a neurodiversity affirming approach and prioritize keeping up with related research and training.

I enjoy working with relationships and relational problems, self-esteem and self-hate, trauma and recovery, identity concerns (including but not limited to sexuality, diversity in gender, atheists and other types of secular individuals), and veterans. I also have worked in a VA CBOC outpatient clinic and have an extensive history of work with young adults (specifically in collegiate mental health).
