You’re struggling with feelings of doubt, grief, shame and irritability. When the day is over you deal with restless thoughts traveling a mile a minute, all to remind you of the things you have yet to get done. You can’t sleep and no matter how many times you try to organize your life, it just seems to always feel messy. One day you're a “go getter”, next day you struggle to get out of bed.
