The pressure is relentless. So is the feeling that you're facing it alone. Maybe there's an anxiety that never fully switches off, a loneliness that lingers even when you have people around. Or symptoms your doctor can't quite explain. You've tried things. They help, until they don't. Fair warning: I'm not what most people expect. But then again, neither are most of my clients. The bigger surprise, for most of them, is that something finally works. The medication that was supposed to fix it — didn't. Suggesting more journaling felt like an insult. I get it. Being told it's stress when you know it's more than that — I get that too.

Life gets messy. Really messy. And when it does, we need more than clichés and “just stay positive” advice. We need a space where we can be real. Therapy with me is a place where you can drop the mask, say the hard things out loud, and begin clearing the emotional clutter that keeps life feeling stuck. This is not cold, distant therapy.
Our work is relational, honest, and engaged. We laugh. We cry. We tell the truth about things that hurt. And we move forward with intention.
I’m here to walk beside you, challenge you when needed, and help build a life that actually feels like yours.
