I help adults identify and heal childhood trauma that may be contributing to feeling stuck or difficulties in relationships and attachments. By improving interpersonal skills and social functioning, I support people in enhancing their emotional well-being and relationships. I also have a deep passion for working with children and families to address trauma early in life. This includes coaching parents and caregivers to strengthen emotional connections with their children, and supporting young mothers and their infants. My work often focuses on the roots of trauma, including those embedded in intergenerational patterns and narratives

Many things have changed in our world, and in my experience, there is a need for mental health treatment, perhaps, more than ever. Many people both children and adults describe experiencing the Covid time period as involving emotional hardship, social isolation, and for some, crisis of identity. In addition to the hardships of this period, at present there appears to be a continuation of various hardships, and a shortage of providers and resources for people seeking emotional support. My goal in working with all clients is to be a “keeper of hope.” I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and improve self-worth.
