Hello! I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Regis University with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. I have experience in cultural stress, women's issues, marital/pre-marital, life transitions, and anxiety. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Narrative, Dialectical (DBT), and Family Systems therapies.
