I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who loves to help people create a lasting sense of happiness, meaning, and well-being in their lives. I believe that health constitutes a state of relative balance between all the "strains" put on our system (e.g. daily life stressors, losses, obligations, negative life events, etc.) and the physical, mental, spiritual and relational resources we have available to us to draw upon. In therapy, I work with people to identify "where there is too much energy in their lives, and where the energy is missing," in order to help them create more harmonious, full, and vibrant life.
