I have my Master and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University (California). I have my certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have been licensed in Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006. I became licensed in the state of Georgia in 2018 and moved to Augusta with my family several years ago. I use an integrative modality approach. I primarily focus on the family as a system for effective and long-term change. I encourage family members to be a part of the therapy process.

I also work with couples and help them strengthen their relationships through growth, healing, and acceptance. My style of counseling is strengths-based, humanistic, non-judgmental, and client-centered, meaning that trust and respect are at the forefront of the therapeutic relationship. At this time, I am only seeing clients via telehealth (online).

I love to work with clients who wish to include their faith in their therapy. I use the best psychological interventions with Biblical principles and scripture to bring about healing and health. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, currently working on a PH.D in Counselor Education and Supervision and use the following integrative theoretical approaches: Adlerian Theory, Cognitive Behavioral, and Existentialism. Adler focuses on the whole person. CBT focuses on re-framing the mind to re-frame behaviors. Existentialism focuses on finding fulfillment and meaning.

I work with couples to restore their relationships, families with adolescent issues, divorce, blended families and infertility issues; Also individuals who want to heal family of origin and abuse issues, depression, and confusion regarding life's direction and circumstances. Ashley Quamme is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia. Ashley specializes in couples therapy to include pre- marital therapy. Along with therapy, Ashley also provides financial couples coaching. Ashley provides supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working towards licensure.
