I am a Christian Counselor who has a genuine compassion for any person who struggles or hurts as a result of life and living. I enjoy working with older teens, adults and women’s issues. Other interests include healing from childhood wounds, Spiritual growth and development, healthy boundaries, fear/anxiety, depression, stress management and the impact of developmental trauma on present life and interpersonal neurobiology.
My counseling draws from several perspectives including cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic (renewing the mind in truth and healing as a journey). I believe in a comprehensive approach to assessment and counseling where truth and insight are discovered and healing can be found within the context of a safe and caring relationship.
