As an animal assisted therapist, my dog Riley (a Maltipoo) and I work together to create a comforting and warm environment. I draw on techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy to work with my clients on reaching their goals in order to heal and grow.
