At all these crossroads, we can get anxiety and depression, or feel paralyzed with fear or loss, and at anytime, any of these feelings can bubble up and over.

Welcome to my practice! I work with adult individuals, couples, and families to address mood and behavior problems, grief and loss, life transitions, divorce, parenting/co-parenting, family conflict, intimacy problems, and other relationship difficulties. I also help clients address family-of-origin concerns, attachment issues, and personal development. In addition to my counseling and psychotherapy practice, I facilitate workshops for new and expecting parents through the Gottman Institute. I also have training in EFT couple therapy.

I have 30+ years of clinical experience working with adults who are experiencing relationship problems, have difficulty controlling anger, suffer from depression, and those who experience anxiety including PTSD. I also work with couples who want to enrich their relationship, or are caught in a cycle of negativity as well as those dealing with infidelity. Having been a corporate psychologist for 13 years I am also well qualified to coach managers and executives as well as their families.

I have devoted my professional life to the psychological awareness as to options, attitudes, and perceptions that can help/hurt one's state and situation. In working with clients it is imperative to listen to the narrative and join together in finding the choices for inner and/or outer change as this pertains to self care and life potential.
