Life can often feel messy and chaotic. My passion is to help bring order out of chaos to facilitate growth and peace. Many of my clients present with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stressful life transitions and circumstances, perinatal mental health concerns, or they report feeling a little “off” and are seeking help to feel more like themselves again. I work best with clients who are engaged and motivated to see changes in their lives, and I have a great love for coming alongside people to help them move towards becoming the best version of themselves.

I believe every one of us is a good person at heart, we are all trying our best and laziness is a myth. You may have a hard time believing that about yourself. You may have been taught (by families or systems) that you are bad, lazy or selfish. You are scared to make decisions or trust your intuition. You want to love yourself the way you love others!
I offer a radically different perspective. I think it is possible to love yourself a little bit at a time, take things less personally and create more space in your life for peace.

Finding steadier ground starts here!
You may be functioning on the outside, but internally feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or the pressure of holding everything together. Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck in patterns they understand logically, but can’t seem to shift emotionally.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life again.

Are you the parent of an adolescent or young adult struggling with an eating disorder? If so, you probably feel lost, scared, or even guilty for not picking up on the eating disorder behaviors sooner. It’s not your fault! You did the best you could with what you knew at the time. Most parents wonder, why can't my child just eat normally? It’s much deeper than just eating food. The psychological must also be addressed. There will be new things you will learn and there will be new things your child will learn. In general, adolescence and early adulthood is a transitional developmental stage, which comes with its own challenges.

All out of rabbits, all out of hats.
People have always relied on you. You used to be able to magic it all together, sometimes even last minute, and make it look effortless. But then the deadlines got too numerous, the to-do lists too long. It feels like life mutated and you’re struggling to wrap your head around it all.
What changed? Maybe you just started college. Maybe you never really bounced back after the pandemic. Maybe it’s a midlife crisis. Or maybe it’s not one big thing but dozens of smaller changes that have worn you down. It’s possible you don’t know the reason. What you do know is that you’re burned out.
