I am a clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults. As a therapist my role is to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for individuals to explore their life issues and support them in their personal growth. I find that a lot of us struggle with listening to our inner critic and often beat ourselves up for past regrets, as well as spending a lot of valuable time worrying about the past and the "what if's" in the future. I hope we can work together to quiet this critic and find a way to enjoy the present. (Please note that I also provide ESA letters for individuals for housing purposes).

My focus is to provide compassionate, collaborative care for individuals navigating trauma, emotional abuse, and anxiety-related challenges. I work with adolescents and adults facing post-traumatic stress (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and co-occurring concerns such as depression. My clinical background includes work with trauma survivors, justice-involved youth, and individuals managing complex emotional and behavioral needs, allowing me to approach care with empathy, structure, and flexibility.

My focus is supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) through a compassionate, systems-informed lens. My training emphasized viewing each person within the broader context of their environment, relationships, and life stressors. I believe meaningful treatment considers not only symptoms and diagnosis, but also the external factors that influence emotional health and daily functioning.

My therapy practice focuses on the balance and confluence of different aspects of identity and the external environment. Through integrations of cognitive behavioral models, DBT, and narrative therapies, we work together to achieve this balance. Some of my most deeply held value systems center around social justice and equity, and I bring this into each session with my clients.
