What makes today so different? Today is different because something happened that made you decide, "Hey, I really need to do something about my life. I need to talk to somebody." Hi! I’m Dr. Leslie Ring. Some clients come to me because the bottom just fell out of their lives, a setback at school or work, a betrayal discovered, or the death of a loved one. For others, they just don’t want to keep living like this anymore. Old hurts from childhood or previous relationships keep robbing them of their peace of mind, creativity, fun, and closeness with others.
They (who doesn't?) have trouble sometimes communicating or setting limits with people in their lives. Or they have trouble sticking to limits with food, alcohol, or numbing out with their screens. Real lasting change can be made by exploring your goals and even your pie in the sky dreams.
