Therapy does not have to be boring, hard, or last years, I have heard from my clients that they enjoy coming to therapy and it was not like what they thought it would be. It's okay to laugh, talk, and generally have a good time while working on difficult complex situations and issues. You will be able to make necessary changes in your life by getting techniques, tools, skills, and guidance to achieve your obtainable goals. You will walk out of a session with a skill or two that you can go home and start using immediately. While any given technique doesn't work for everyone, I'll be sure to give you the tools specific for you.
