I take a collaborative approach to healing, which means YOU are the expert and we work together to offer you healing. I am happy to provide letters for gender affirming surgeries for Trans/GNC folx.

I am queer, AuDHD, Agender, Pansexual, Poly, and a parent of 2. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, gender identity, and attachment/relational healing. I have experience working with: LGBTQIA+, sex workers, body positive/HAES, neurodivergent, ADHD/ASD, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, sex/kink positive, Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing.

The work I do is focused on decolonizing the therapy space. You are the expert on you and I am there to support you on your healing journey. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic work, ACT, EFT, movement, and am EMDRIA certified. I am also skilled in working with the deaf population and am fluent in American Sign Language.
