Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. At certain points - during transitions, losses, relationship challenges, or periods of uncertainty - we may find ourselves questioning who we are, where we're going, or how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns and experiences shaping your life. I provide psychotherapy for adults and older adults seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional relief, and meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgement.
We'll explore not only current concerns, but also the underlying experiences, relationships, and narratives that influence how you feel and relate to others in a safe space where you feel heard. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions - midlife reassessment, aging, grief and loss, identity exploration, or relationship uncertainty.
I believe meaningful change happens through a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship - one where you can explore difficult experiences at your own pace while feeling supported and understood.
